The Green Mountain Boys Flag was the regimental flag of a group of militiamen in the colonial New Hampshire Grants territory, which later became Vermont. The flag has a green field with a blue canton in the upper left corner containing 13 stars. The green represents the Green Mountains of Vermont, and the 13 stars symbolize the 13 American colonies. The flag was used in the Revolutionary War and other wars.
